We are a team of enthusiastic, passionate & fun loving people who share years of experience in assembling hundreds, if not thousands of models. We're happiest when we're assembling & bringing a new creation to life and our goal is to make the latest, most unique & feature packed models available to everyone.
This year we've set ourselves the challenge of launching an average of 1 new model per week and so far we've been sticking to it! A lot of our models are released based on customer requests, so if there's a particular model you'd like, let us know!
We 100% stand by the quality of the models we offer and the individual parts we use. If a model does not meet our high standards we don't list it on our website. It's as simple as that!

What's included with my order?
Each set includes high-quality ABS bricks developed by Minibricks®, a limited edition sticker pack that changes according to the season and a digital instruction manual for a seamless assembly.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Do you offer custom models?
We currently do not create custom models. However, we always value input from our community, so please feel free to reach out to us on our social media channels (@minibrickscommunity) or share a photo of the car you dream of building. We appreciate your feedback and ideas!
I can't find the instructions:
We provide digital instructions that can be accessed by scanning the QR code on your package. Simply use your smartphone or tablet to scan the QR code, and you'll be directed to the digital instructions for your set.
In the event that you cannot locate the QR code or experience difficulties accessing the digital instructions, please send us an email at info@buildminibricks.com with your order number and the specific model you need instructions for. We'll be happy to assist you further and provide you with the necessary instructions.
There are missing / defective pieces on my Minibricks set:
We sincerely apologize if you've encountered any issues with missing or defective pieces in your Minibricks set. While it's uncommon, we want to ensure that you have a complete and enjoyable building experience. If you believe there are missing pieces or if you've identified any defective parts, please follow these steps:
1. Double-check your entire set.
2. If you are certain that pieces are missing or defective, please take screenshots of the instructions, and clearly mark specific pieces that are problematic or you need.
3. Send the images, along with your order number, to us at info@buildminibricks.com. This will help us identify the issue more accurately and expedite the replacement process.
Rest assured, we'll investigate the matter promptly and provide you with the necessary missing or replacement pieces to ensure you can complete your build.
